Dirty Mermaid Martini

Copper Bonnet Gin's bright citrus notes and savory character enhance the classic dirty martini with a unique maritime flair.

Ingredients:

2 oz Copper Bonnet Gin
0.5 oz dry vermouth
0.75 oz olive brine
Garnish: Lemon twist and a skewer of green olives

Instructions:

Chill the Glass: Fill a martini glass with ice and water to chill.
Mix the Cocktail: Combine Copper Bonnet Coastal Gin, dry vermouth, and olive brine in a mixing glass with ice.
Stir: Stir for 30 seconds until chilled.
Prepare the Glass: Discard the ice and water from the martini glass, then strain the cocktail into it.
Garnish: Add a lemon twist and a skewer of green olives.
Serve: Enjoy your coastal-inspired dirty martini!
